Cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances can change and I am happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment if needed, but I do request at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations to be made via phone call, WhatsApp or email only.
Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment time - 50% charge to be settled prior to next appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time - 75% charge to be settled prior to next appointment.
